Dark Horse has won wide acclaim for its successful series of Classic Comic statuettes, inspired by the syroco statues of the 1940's and sculpted by those fine folks at Yoe! Studios. Nearly 50 different have been produced, with many selling out and commanding collector's prices.

This month, we are thrilled to present the first in a new series of statues, based on Vintage Kellogg's ™ characters rather than newspaper strip or comic characters. For our first release in the Classic Kellogg Character series, we are pleased to announce Tony the Tiger™.

Our Tony the Tiger™ statue is inspired by images of Tony™ from the Kellogg archives, but also recalls the 1940's sculpting and painting style of syroco statues with a result which Craig Yoe describes as "primative but charming."

Each statue comes in a litho-printed full-color tin box and includes a vintage-style button and booklet about Tony the Tiger™ and Kellogg. The statue is available in an extremely limited edition of 500 numbered pieces.
