Peter David and Pop Mhan are teaming up for another issue of the hit bi-monthly comic series SpyBoy, and teen superspy Alex Fleming is about to learn that his day-to-day struggles as a high school student aren't any less lethal than his time spent traveling the world as a covert operative on mission after deadly mission.

Alex has finally returned to his old stomping grounds, but in the time he's been gone, a lot has changed. For one thing, his ex-tormentor Butch is now his closest friend (saving his sorry butt time and time again on an around-the-world adventure might have something to do with that), and Bombshell is now enrolled as a full-time student, just like a regular kid. But the principal has it out for Alex even worse than before, and so does Butch's ex-best-friend, Schweitzer -- both thanks to the agent who posed as Alex while SpyBoy was off saving the world. Before he knows what in the hell is going on, Alex is being strip-searched by school security guards, stalked by SpyGirl Yukio, and lynched by a cowboy mercenary known only as Hanging Chad. Funny how the definition of "normal" changes once you discover you're a superspy!

"Hammy ham bo-jammy! Sure do like thet SpyBoy and the purdy drawings," sang editor Phil "Banjo" Amara, lounging in his office dressed in palazzo pants and a pleather turban. "Out here on the monkey ranch, comics are a welcome respite from the work o' the day."

SpyBoy #16 chronicles the continuing adventures of comics' greatest superspy, as told by writer Peter David and artists Pop Mhan and Norman Lee. Don't miss this exciting 24-page, full-color installment of SpyBoy, on sale March 21 for $2.99.
