This all-new one-shot comic includes two stories, both of which feature a tough gal named Delia, Miller's latest contribution to the "bad girl" craze. Abandoned by her true love, Delia married a man who treated her like a punching bag. But she found her true calling when she murdered the bastard in self-defense -- she's good at killing, and she loves it. Now she's an assassin known as "Blue Eyes," but her other love -- sex -- threatens to distract her from her true purpose.
In the first story, "Wrong Turn," married used-car salesman Phil gets the ride of his life when Delia targets him for a hit-- only one problem--he's the wrong guy! Blue Eyes gets her second chance in "Wrong Track," when a poor slob finds out firsthand the dangers of unsafe sex.
"Delia is the first major female protagonist in my Sin City landscape," said writer/artist Frank Miller. "She's tough and sexy in the tradition of Elektra -- who, by the way, is still dead. `Blue Eyes' is going to figure prominently in future installments."
Sin City: Sex and Violence is printed in black, white, and blue. This 32-page one-shot will retail for $2.95, and features a pin-up by Geof Darrow. Thisq is another must-have piece of Frank Miller's Sin City puzzle -- a critical and popular phenomenon amongst better comics fans everywhere! It will be in stores March 21.
