In August, a pack of four of Predators descends on DARK HORSE HEROES, each targeting a different "trophy." Ghost, Motorhead, Law, and X find themselves facing off against the alien warriors. The crossover, titled "Hunting the Heroes: The Predators Attack!," takes place in MOTORHEAD #1, X #18, GHOST #5, and AGENTS OF LAW #6. "Each of the four issues is a self-contained story," said group editor Michael Eury. "And while all involve Predators, the stories don't crossover into one another. But, of course, Predator fans won't want to miss any of these action-packed issues!" The covers to the four comics are by some of today's foremost artists: X #18 features a Frank Miller cover; Adam Hughes has provided the cover for GHOST #5; AGENTS OF LAW #6 sports a Doug Wheatley and Mark Farmer cover; and Simon Bisley has done the cover to MOTORHEAD #1. Each title will carry a "Hunting the Heroes: The Predators Attack!" banner across the top. So why is THE MASK the only DARK HORSE HEROES title not involved in the battle? "None of the Predators wanted his melon-head as a trophy!" explained Eury. AGENTS OF LAW #6 ships August 8; GHOST #5 ships August 15; MOTORHEAD #1 ships August 29; and X #18 ships September 5. Each is priced at $2.50 ($3.50 Can.). Another forthcoming project matching Dark Horse's licensed comics with its DARK HORSE HEROES line is GODZILLA VS. HERO ZERO #1, shipping July 5. The one-shot special features a no-holds-barred battle that tears apart downtown San Diego during the annual San Diego Comic Convention. Art Adams provides the cover, and the cover price is $2.50 ($3.50 in Canada).
