Ending more than two years of speculation and rumor mongering, Dark Horse is finally printing the long-lost SpyBoy issue #13 as a three part mini-series beginning this April. Written by acclaimed comics writer, Peter David, and drawn by the ever-popular Pop Mhan, Spyboy #13.1: The M.A.N.G.A. Affair fills in the gaps between previously published issues #12 and 14.

Peter David explains, "The second most frequent question I get from fans is ‘Whatever happened to SpyBoy #13?’ (The first, of course, is ‘Who the hell do you think you are?’) I'm pleased to say that we're finally giving the fans #13...in three parts, no less, so think of it as issue #13 with interest. It inserts perfectly between issues #12 and 14, and once you see it, you'll understand how the story could only have been written in this manner."

The story begins as beautiful Yukio, A.K.A. SpyGirl, finds an old photograph on the set of her television show that throws her into a complete frenzy. Why was she photographed with JapanÂ’s Minister of Defense? More importantly, why doesnÂ’t she remember any of it? And what does SpyBoy have to do with it?

This manga-inspired tale features a brand new art style from fan-fave Pop Mhan, hallucinating secret agents, close calls, high-speed chases, and hilarious quips from Peter David, the acknowledged master of hilarious quips. Join us on this three-issue excursion into madness, ninjas, action, and laughs!

SpyBoy #13.1: The M.A.N.G.A. Affair is on sale April 23 for the retail price of $2.99.
