Miller -- whose work includes Daredevil, Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, Ronin, Hard Boiled, The Big Guy and Rusty the Boy Robot, and the Martha Washington saga -- has recently been honored for a previous Sin City series, The Big Fat Kill, which won both the 1995 Eisner award and the 1995 CBG fan award for best limited series.
"Sin City is what I've always dreamed of doing in a comic," said Miller. "I can't stay away from it for long stretches -- the characters keep rousing me to tell their stories."
It's going to be a blue Christmas! Like previous Sin City stories, Lost, Lonely, and Lethal will use only one color as an accent -- this time it's blue! The new one-shot starts off with the story "Fat Man and Little Boy," which was originally printed in the rare San Diego Comic Con comic of 1995, and continues with two new tales: "Rats," and "Blue Eyes," which adds another legendary strong, sexy female character to everyone's favorite corrupt town!
Sin City: Lost, Lonely, and Lethal ships December 18 and retails for $2.95. This is one stocking stuffer that won't wait around for New Year's!
