Trading in the noble notion of dying for the right cause for a new idea of running away and living, Tag and Bink quickly decide to find the nearest place to hide. Unfortunately, they are quickly taken prisoner by a couple of stormtroopers and executed right away. No wait, that's not it.... oh yes, actually what happens is while they are being escorted to certain doom when one of the stormtroopers trips on a rather pesky mouse droid and knocks himself out, causing a distraction that allows our hapless duo to quickly knock out the other stormtrooper! (Whew!) Now faced with an opportunity like they've never had before, the pair quickly don the stormtrooper outfits and decide to pass themselves off as part of the Imperial forces! Hey, beats dying, right? Soon the hapless pair are aboard the Death Star and in way over their heads. Let's just say that Tag and Bink have a canny knack for being in the wrong place at the wrong time and are about to find themselves playing key roles in a rather nasty battle raging in the trenches outside the Death Star!
"I'm often asked by the people at Dark Horse, to sum up exactly who Tag and Bink are. The answer is very simple: They were in the wrong place at the wrong time. Naturally, they became heroes!" said writer Kevin Rubio.
Star Wars: Tag and Bink are Dead is a two-issue mini series featuring fantastic art by Lucas Marangon and laugh - out- loud writing by Kevin Rubio. It arrives in stores October 3rd and retails for $2.99.
