Founded in 1986, Dark Horse Comics celebrates its first ten years of publishing this July. In honor of the occasion, some of the best writers and artists have gotten together for a four-issue miniseries dubbed A Decade of Dark Horse.

This all-new miniseries launches July 3rd with a first issue featuring new chapters of Sin City by Frank Miller, Predator by Henry Gilroy, and Grendel by Matt Wagner. Subsequent issues will spotlight a variety of comics creators and characters, reflecting the diversity that has made Dark Horse Comics stand out during its first ten years of business. Besides the aforementioned gentlemen, writers and artists to be featured in the series include Eric Luke, Mike Baron, Steve Rude, Mark Verheiden, Mark Nelson, John Arcudi, Doug Mahnke, Johji Manabe, Paul Chadwick, and Chris Warner; characters and properties to be featured include Black Cross, Concrete, Ghost, The Mask, Outlanders, Star Wars, Nexus, and Aliens.

"How do you fit even a sampling of ten years of great creators and characters into four issues of a single miniseries?" asked series editor and Dark Horse creative director, Randy Stradley. "The truth is, you can't. But that never stopped us before - and, if nothing else, we'll end up with one hell of a great four-issue miniseries!"
