After 23 years with the publisher, Dark Horse’s vice president of product development, David Scroggy, will step down, effective July 1. David developed Dark Horse Comics’ expansion in the collectables market, creating a division making statues, action figures, lunch boxes, odd giftware, and myriad other merchandise items.
