Well how about that shadow there? What about that ghostly mist? Did you just hear gunshots?
Dark Horse Comics Superheroes line is expanding and we've got some iconic characters to lead the way. And we want to see your take on some of our classic Superheroes and the Men and Women in capes that are joining the crew.
We are running a Superheroes Art Contest. Send us a piece of Art Featuring Ghost, X, Captain Midnight, Black Beetle OR The Answer and you could win a large stack of Superhero books from Dark Horse Comics. We will pick one winner for each character.
The Winning Art for each respective character will also show up in the letters column of a future issue of the respective comic series
Rules:
1. Email a piece of Art based on our Superheroes to Contests@Darkhorse.com with the subject line "Superhero Art".
1a. Include Artist Name that you would like Art to be credited to.
1b. Art Must Include one of the characters listed above (X, Ghost, Capt. Midnight, The Answer, Black Beetle)
2. Entries must be received by Deadline: Feb. 27th, 2013 11:59pm PT
3. Read the Fine Print below CAREFULLY.
4. Art must be your own work done by your own hand.
Prizes:
Each Winner will recieve the DH Heroes Omnibus V. 1, The X Omnibus V. 1, Ghost Omnibus V. 1 and Digital Editions of the Ghost #1, Black Beetle #1 and The Answer #1 new comic series as well as their art appearing in the letters column of the respective title for the character they have drawn.

Fine Print
By submitting this art, I release, transfer and assign all rights, including without limitation copyright, in and to this art to Dark Horse Comics, Inc. which my art was inspired by. I hereby assign to Dark Horse Comics, Inc. which my art was inspired by any rights which are not deemed automatically granted by submission of the art and Dark Horse Comics, Inc. which my art was inspired by shall have the right to use, and authorize others to use, such art in any manner and by any means and media in perpetuity throughout the world without restriction.
Five winners will be selected to receive a stack of Superhero books published by Dark Horse Comics as well as other items detailed in contest guidelines. All entries will be featured on the Dark Horse blog and social channels. Winner will be notified by email by March. 10th, 2013. No purchase necessary, void where prohibited. Must be 18 or older to win. Entries must be received by Feb. 27th, 2013 11:59pm PT. Winner will be based on merit as determined by Dark Horse Comics Inc., and its editors at their sole discretion.
