Last friday we asked you, our glorious fans, to give us an example of how you've used a line from Star Wars in your everyday lives. After carefully reading each entry, Dark Horse's resident Jedi Council has selected the three lucky winners of our Star Wars quote contest! These scruffy looking nerf herders will be receiving a kick-ass Star Wars prize package. Congratulations to the winners and a big thanks to everyone for participating!

"Well, I work with youth for my day job. I mentor youth who have been involved in the social services and assist them in adjustment to life without the services. Part of my job is relationship building and getting to know their likes and dislike- thing is, I do most of it with Star Wars metaphors. I'll often say things like "Well done, Young Skywalker" and "Gently young Padawan" and so on. One of my favorites, though, in full Yoda voice, is when the kids are going a little nuts and need to be calmed a mite, I will say "Stop, you must. Better, you will feel"."

"A few years ago, I brought a girlfriend home to meet my family on Thanksgiving. She was very nervous about meeting my family for the first time. I had tried a variety of methods to comfort and reassure her, but nothing had a significant effect. Finally, when we got to my front door, right before going in, I kissed her and said "For luck"."

"Whenever I am asked or told to do something I don't really want to do, I reply with: "But I was going into Tosche Station to pick up some power converters!" in a horrible whiny Luke impression."
