Yeah, I'm talking to you. Comear. I said comear!

Look, I wants you to do me up a sketch all artsy like of my favorite character. I got this thing for The Goon. Real tough, thug-like. Like me. And his buddy, Frankie. That's a funny dude right there. "Knife to the Eye!" Kills me everytime. Hey, so draw the Goon for me, something new, something fresh. I want to see what you got. 

If I like it, I'll send ya a prize 'er something. I gots some Goon books burning a hole on my bookshelf. Hey, just do 'im justice or I'll club ya with a wrench.

We are running a The Goon Art Contest. Send us a piece of Art Featuring The Goon and you could win the entirety of The Goon Library**. Every Trade and from Volume 0-11 of the series, as well as: a Goon Sketch by Eric Powell himself, a Canners Jersey, a Goon Zippo Lighter, and a Goon Lunchbox.

The Winner's Art will also show up in a future issue of The Goon in the letters column. 

Art will be judged by Eric Powell himself to determine the Grand Prize Winner.

Rules:

1. Email a piece of Art based on The Goon to Contests@Darkhorse.com with the subject line "The Goon Art".

1a. Include Artist Name that you would like Art to be credited to.

2. Entries must be received by Deadline: Sept. 7th, 2012 11:59pm PT

4. Art must be your own work done by your own hand.

By submitting this art, I release, transfer and assign all rights, including without limitation copyright, in and to this art to Dark Horse Comics, Inc. which my art was inspired by. I hereby assign to Dark Horse Comics, Inc. which my art was inspired by any rights which are not deemed automatically granted by submission of the art and Dark Horse Comics, Inc. which my art was inspired by shall have the right to use, and authorize others to use, such art in any manner and by any means and media in perpetuity throughout the world without restriction.

One winner will be selected to receive the entire The Goon Library published by Dark Horse Comics as well as other items detailed in contest guidelines. All entries will be featured on the Dark Horse blog and social channels. Winner will be notified by email by Sept. 15th, 2012. No purchase necessary, void where prohibited.
