DARK HORSE COMICS AND IDW TEAM UP FOR 'STRANGER THINGS AND DUNGEONS & DRAGONS' CROSSOVER

Before there were Demogorgons, there was friendship

From comics and RPG all-stars Jim Zub (Rick and Morty vs. D&D, Dungeons & Dragons: Infernal Tides) and Jody Houser (Critical Role: Vox Machina, Stranger Things, Star Wars), with vorpal-sharp line art from rising talent Diego Galindo (Power Rangers, Kino), eye-popping colors from MsassyK (Isola, Critical Role: Vox Machina) and expert lettering by Nate Piekos (Umbrella Academy, Stranger Things) comes Stranger Things and Dungeons & Dragons, a new crossover miniseries arriving November 4, 2020 from Dark Horse Comics in partnership with IDW.

This love letter to Dungeons & Dragons follows the Hawkins, Indiana crew as they discover the legendary monsters and epic adventures of the Dungeons & Dragons tabletop role-playing game together. Long before the dreaded Demogorgon took one of them to the Upside Down, watch Mike, Lucas, and Will bond with new friend Dustin over the game that would define their childhood. See the party come together as a team through stories and perilous quests. As the team learns important lessons about friendship, they find the courage to stand up to the bullies that challenge their everyday lives.

The new Stranger Things comics don't stop there! Get the real story of Camp Know Where in new miniseries Stranger Things: Science Camp. Dustin arrives at Camp Know Where to navigate the new social hierarchy without the support of his Hawkins adventuring party. While also faced with nerdy bullies, a new menace haunts the young scientists and camp counselors. A mysterious figure with sinister intent arrives to disrupt the serene woodland scene. The solution won't take rocket science, but Dustin will have to get on the same wavelength as the other campers before tensions reach a boiling point. Stranger Things: Science Camp is brought to life by creators Jody Houser, Edgar Salazar, Keith Champagne, Marissa Louise, and Nate Piekos.

Stranger Things and Dungeons & Dragons - the four-issue prequel to the Netflix hit series - begins November 4, 2020 and issue #1 is now available to pre-order from local comic shops.
