The Hammer continues his investigations into a series of apparent ritual murders. Teaming with a conventional private eye, the Hammer starts working within the confines of society, with his enormous head earning him the benefit of a handicap parking space. The humor and the horror continue as the sorcerers' faceless agent continues his rampage through the northeastern United States.
