Good guys finish last. That's what former detective Watanabe is teaching Machida -- and he's teaching it the hard way. The lesson begins when Machida attempts to rescue Chiaki, who is suspended in the air above Tokyo Tower. It ends when Watanabe's trap is sprung -- a battery of machine guns set to blast both Machida and Chiaki to the other side of the Japanese city.
