Everyone's got eyes for Belldandy and her sister Urd, "exchange students" who are secretly a pair of earthbound goddesses. It's membership drive time for the Nekomi School of Technology's Car and Cycle Club, and the women are drawing a crowd. Keichii isn't jealous, though, until Toshi, a suave, rich freshman, puts the moves on Belldandy. What's worse, this guy is so ingratiating that Keichii can't even be properly mad without looking like a heel! Toshi even offers Keichii a spin in his Ferrari, but while Keichii's out burning rubber, Toshi and his cronies are hatching a plan... a plan to discredit Keichii and seduce away his true love!
