Of all the unusual characters inhabiting Steel Harbor, the most tragic is Avram Roman -- the half-human, half-mechanized Machine. When Avram spots what seems to be a kindred spirit in a traveling freak show, it's time for The Machine to get involved. The people of Steel Harbor want this show out of town, though... even if it takes an angry mob to do it!
