In this issue our hero finds himself surrounded by strangers of spurious intent while recuperating from his fall off a moving El-train. With the end of the Archon's evil genetic research as a common goal, The Mark decides to let his new friends harbor him from the authorities while he learns more about his savior's motives. The Archon proceeds to further his plans while his pregnant wife Helga has plans of her own, and they all come crashing together as The Mark drops in on one of the Archon's public rallies!=
