The Naga-reactor has been triggered, and is rapidly growing out of control. Designed to absorb the negative karma of the entire empire, it has manifested in the form of a nine-headed dragon, growing so large it threatens to destroy the planet! As Commander Ronnell defends the emperor and Dr. Hebime attempts to take control of the reactor, the dragon grows and grows... Seska, now under the influence of the malevolent tenth element, attempts to take control of the empire herself!
