Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, and Olafs celebration comes to a halt when their special guest never arrives. Hedda has gone missing and they split up to try to find her. Elsa and Olaf search the village while Anna and Kristoff search the mountains--where they gain a little wisdom from the trolls and discover why Hedda disappeared!
