Though these rumors have made it to the TCTF (Technical Crimes Task Force), they have been treated as an underworld old wives' tale or as an excuse to cover a botched heist. Things change, however, when a WorldCo shipment is hijacked by ninjas and the crime is interfered with by the "ghost."
