The Sock Monkey and Mr. Crow are dismayed to learn that their young friend "Inches" has taken a pet. The problem is that she has caught a seahorse and has hitched it up to her toy stagecoach. The seahorse isn't feeling too well, having been out of water for such a long time and the trouble really starts when the creatures of the sea try to rescue her.
